Through longterm EVS "NGO skill LAB" that will take place over a course of 12 months, we will support 2 volunteers from Portugal and Poland in their persuit of future careers in a NGO sector. The NGO skill learning is planed as an experiential process, and volunteers will have an opportunity to work on cross-section of regular activities in our organisation.The main objective of the project is to transfer knowledge of our staff in differnt aspect of NGO work to higly motivated volunteers, and the expected result is to enable them to develop necessary NGO skills and grow into qualified NGO workers.The project "NGO skill LAB" will support two important segments of active contribution to our organizations' activities, mainly (1) providing assistance with regular work load of office/project administration and management on several project that we are curently implementing, and (2) taking part in organization of quality free time for youth through activities in our Youth Club.Volunteers will take part in following activities:1. Managment of NGO office2. Project Cycle Managment3. Promotion, multimedia and PR4. Language Classes and Chat Rooms5. Urban Gardening and Environmental Workshops with Children6. Promotion of EVS and Youth MobilityAll methodologies used will promote active participation, learning by doing, non-formal and informal education, mentoring.
