TERMINÉ
The project NGO Fundamentals is based on improving the sustainability by strengthening the organizational structures of youth organizations. 5 months of project process which has 7 days organizational planning oriented training course is planned for youth workers. The activity of the project is going to take place in Eskisehir/Turkey between 21-27 October 2016 with 31 youth workers from 12 countries. During the training course topic is going to be organizational planning, management, sustainability and identity for effective non-governmental organizations by using non-formal methodologies. Participant is going to develop their competencies by doing drama, case study, brain storming, and simulations oriented workshops.Project is going to reinforce partner organizations organizational structures by contributing youth workers organizational planning and management skills and personal and professional development.
