Our school is located in a rural area where families with social, economic and cultural level low live in Etimesgut to the west of the capital city of Turkey-Ankara. In addition, the rates of broken families and children in need of special education are quite high in that area. There are 66 staff and 1851 students in our school, so it's very crowded. Our needs for the institution quality plan are:Participating in transnational cooperation and applicationsImproving the staff's basic competencies and skills.Learning the role of ICT in modern classrooms.Moving foreign language knowledge and skill to an environment that can be made practical.To ımprove the educational environments according to the innovative applications.Meeting different people and medias by working with the colleagues from different countries.Maintaining career education as a part of lifelong learning.Creating different perspectives about how we can build schools in the future.First, realizing the revolution of thinking as an individual.Having a qualified workforce contributing to the development of human and social capital.Providing the environment that supports social, psychological and educational development to the students in need of special education or students with learning disabilities ".The basic fields such as management-staff competencies, new learning methods and tools, the European dimension, teaching and learning organization explain all of our needs as a whole. Our purposes of executing the project are:Describing the role of ICT in modern classrooms. Motivating the students in new learning environments and school buildings.Providing consulting service by career education.Increasing the courage with the revolution of thinking. Comparing new school buildings with old ones.We will compare our works in the field of values education with the human dimension of Europe and stand on the subjects such as human dignity, equality and democracy. Programme of the training activities (day by day): Arriving day:Welcome to Joensuu Short ice breaker at hotel 21.00 pm. 1st DAY (starting 9.00 AM):Programme of the week, getting to know each other, Finnish education system, education systems of participants. What kind of people Europe needs. Future curricula.2nd DAY:What kind of schools are we building now? Is learning changing, should schools change too? What do we really need inside schools? ICT in schools and in classrooms.3rd DAY:Revolution of thinking. Are we brave enough to do something differently? Looking around old and new school buildings in Joensuu area. Meeting with local architect specialized in schools.4th DAY:School buildings in Europe. Short presentations of participants. Cultural afternoon with Finnish nature. Trip to countryside and national park. Evening with Finnish traditions, food and drinks.5th DAY:School, but should it be something else? What kind of furniture do we need inside? What about outside the school? What kind of action pupils/students need during the breaks? What about teachers, head teacher and staff? Feedback conversation, certificates and last night. Officially training is over 3.00 PM .Five teachers and two school managers beliving the importance of professional development will take part in the project based on staff mobility.They have 10 to 25 years professional experience and know English and French.They follow the process of social and technological development.They believe the importance of individual development to improve the quality in teaching and learning process.Also they have multi-faceted perspectives about making high quality work.They produce new studies with knowledge in different educational environments and strive to implement them. Our school will enhance the social and professional image by participating in such an international study.The cultural diversity will be taught to the students and they will be individuals who have respect for linguistic and cultural identity.Among our school staff who care for child development and rights ,solidarity and cooperation will increase.Neglected children with the developed approaches and disadvantaged children will be donated to the society by organizing integrative training activities.Waste of time will decrease by creating ergonomic environments.Our staff’s experience will prosper for career development.studies for learning foreign language will increase.We will disseminate the results of the project with consulting services, parent meetings ,institution-commission meetings,school boards,e-twinning-twinspace,twitter and facebook. By realizing the revolution of thinking,we will provide new learning environments to‘’neglected and disadvantaged children’’,bring the students the awareness of cultural diversity.And they will be individuals who have respect for linguistic and cultural development.Our insititution will evaluate the project process in two types the evaluation of the training program and the evaluation of the success.
