Our organization is accredited for European Voluntary Service (EVS) since 2008. In 2011, we wanted to develop this kind of projects, and, from this moment, we are accrdited for sending, hosting, and coordinating. The aim of this project is to host two volunteers, who will help to develop international actions of ACIV. Thanks to this two young people, we will create new partnerships. Participation in youth exchanges is our main activity. Each year, our goal is to send two groups of young people abroad, for youth exchanges. Volunteers will communicate with our partners. They will help to fill the application, and they will participate in training courses. This project is in the frame of the Erasmus+ program. For example, develop partnerships with European organizations for youth exchanges (hosting, sending). It’s in relation with the aim « Develop European cooperation in the youth field ». As for all our European projects, several things will be implemented : - Newspaper articles on local medias, who follow us since 1998 (Le Parisien, Le Courrier Picard, L’Observateur de Beauvais) - Reports on local radio channels (NRJ, Radio Mercure) - Television report on the webTV « 1901 » - Documentary film about EVS, made by our partner « J’aime ma Banlieue » - Communication about Erasmus+ program in festivals, local events… - Organisation of a debate about voluntary service in Beauvais - Photos, videos, articles on ACIV’s Facebook page (« Beauvais ACIV ») This project will be a value for Erasmus+ program for two reasons. First, because it will allow us to implement new actions in the frame of the Program, with a demultiplier effect. Then, we will communicate about the Program with more and more young people. We will go to schools, high schools, universities to speak about EVS.
