Our Project has been prepared aiming at developing our education staffs' abilities and qualities in pedagogy; knowing the new teaching strategies and techniques and also new tools and using them in a better way; developing their language skills; having deeper knowledge about curriculum; getting the ability of different techniques and methods for teaching; actively participating in society and develop a sense of European citizenship and identity and having and disseminating their international experiences for their professions. Totally 11 participants will attend the project, the educational staff who are very eager to attend project, believes that the international professional support will open new horizons both individually for themselves and their students who are intending to be teachers.The educational staff who intend to participate the project are teachers who know what they want and know their needs and weak and strong points, and also have strong desires to develop themselves both individually and professionally for their jobs. They are the teachers who think in positive manner,who are flexible and who have entrepreneurial spirits. Before the mobility, necessary teams will be set to enlarge the attendants' readiness and awareness, studies will be realized in order to break language barriers and necessary precauitions will be taken for the programs efficiency.During the mobility our teachers will attend the seminars in Italy and Madrid and they will get necessary educations and they also meet with teachers from different parts of the Europe and they will share their experiences on teaching process, teaching techniques,strategies and motivations and our education staff will benefit from the seminars efficiently.After the mobility there will be formal and informal meetings with other teachers,students and parents to disseminate the effects of mobility.Moreover there will be another studies for dissemination such as seminars, workshops, setting up a website,posters and signboards And the relationships with the teachers from other countries will be kept close and feedbacks and effectiveness of the project will be evaluated. During the seminars these methods will be used: lecture method, reading information method,audio-visual presentation, demonstration, observation, round robin, interviewing, brainstorming, mental imagery, synthesis, small group discussions; graphic organizers; problem-solving activities, buzz sessions, role-playing, simulations, projects and reflective inquiry.And with the help of these kind of methods our staff will gain experiences about 'Enhancing Students’ Motivation through Inquiry – 'Based Learning' and Improving Teaching and Communication Skills in the Classroom' After the program attendants are expected to express themselves more effective in teaching process, to be more motivated in their professions, to enlarge their awareness about the cultural differences, to show right behaviours to stimulate their students to true communication, to develop their skills on educational process such as teaching,curriculum and new technologies and tools for education, to develeop their language skills in English, to become more social with their colleagues from other countries, to become individuals who support and disseminate educational activities both in his country and Europe. Besides as a teacher training high school we believe that the experiences, quality and skills that will have been acquired will be beneficial not only for our staff and their colleagues but also for our students who are the teachers of near future so they will have long term benefit.
