The mission of Caudel'ArT is to engage the creativity in all of us as a vehicle for personal growth and the development of links across cultures, looking for creative solutions for change and social transformation. The the association was created in 2008, over the last five years we have focused on interdisciplinary work to enhance our heritage and develop cooperation. Our professional team includes artists, social workers, psychologists and engineers, helped by volunteers and other professionals according to the needs of the project. The target group is the public at large, especially people concerned with emerging or rural areas. Surrounded by mountains and lakes, Oliana has a beautiful natural setting.This located to 140 km from Barcelona and 60 km from Andorra and 90 km from France. The standard of living is more peaceful and cheaper than in the big cities. The Institution has a center of culture and art workshops within Oliana. With accommodations next to the association, and the volunteers do not live with beneficiaries. There are many young people in Oliana, actively involved in various activities of the village, and wanting to meet and continue to do more initiatives related to music, theater, art, and traditions. Pág. 3  The organization wants share ideas and work together with European youth and townspeople  Give young participants the opportunity to engage in art and social transformation projects, in a natural and peaceful environment.  We need encourage the movement and diversity in rural areas.  Nurture the links between youth from other countries and our rural areas. The organization offers volunteers the opportunity to:  Increase the art knowledge, cultural management, and entertainment and social education as well as learning more languages.  Improve cultural and professional capabilities. Specific artistic techniques, such as painting, sculpture, crafts ... and cultural management techniques to be incorporated in the development of social activities.  Personalize their participation, we are all endowed with a skill, and we help encourage and take full advantage to suit the activities we do.  Learn and acquire creative techniques.  Acquiring social skills and techniques of active participation in the natural and rural environment of the area. The volunteers role includes:  An active role within the organization, implementation and brainstorming.  Participation and interaction with beneficiaries through arts and cultural activities.  The development of each volunteer on a personal level. Activities include:  Arts Festival at Castle Oliana, heritage restoration work and environment, social and artistic level. Volunteer functions within the Festival will be based in helping with the organization and dissemination, as well as encourage popular participation and bring in new ideas.  Workshops for the community. Organize various activities based on personal skills and motivations of volunteers help in the forum of cinema workshops, exhibitions, popular markets in organizing creative workshops for children and youth.  The cooperative activities in rural areas, help paint the mural making project, assist the development and animation of the proposed recreational games in the world, help with language and cultural exchanges with youth and adults.  Recovery of natural and rural area, always give creative vision. It is important to emphasize that the volunteer never take a place of work within the Institution. The number of volunteers: 4 volunteers in stages from 2 to 5 month.
