-Short Study Visit was created for the youth workers with the experience of work with young people from France, Italy, Spain and Poland.In project will be 11 participants. It's main aim is will be getting to know the working situation in Poland and alsoexchanging information, experiences and useful methods of work from different countries. Mostly from the field of non-formal education. The long-term aim will be creating the partnership to develop common workbetween European countries, with focusing on work with youth.Our main aim is to broaden the knowledge of Non Violent Coomunication among our participants. We will aslo discuss perspectives for youth work in future years. We will achieve these aims firstly by contact with particularorganizations in Krakow, and secondly by workshops with participants. We will visit organizations working with free time activities (after-school activities) for youth and children. Next part of the project will consitute of workshops onexchanging experiences, good methods of work and law statements in different countries. In one of the parts of the programme we will have special focus on communication and group work, with special focus on Non Violent Communication. Last part will be work on the exact projects between our participants in future.
