The aim of our KA1-project was to enlarge the pedagogical knowledge of all the primary teachers at Hans Alfred Keller - school in Siegburg, Germany. Approximately a third of staff members took place in the project. Key aspects of the mobilities were new media, inclusion, work of Montessori and the English language. Teachers, the Headmistress and one trainee of Hans Alfred Keller - school were participants of five mobilities. After finishing a course in London the school's trainee passed an English-examn called telc c1 qualification. One collegue attended an art-course which showed possibilities to work inclusively with heterogenic groups of children. The very same collegue went together with the Headmistress to Bussum, Netherlands to hospitate and work in a Montessori school. She also took place at the congress of "Archiv der Zukunft". Two other collegues and the Headmistress went with her to Bregenz. In Graz two collegues were able to learn something about the use of tablets in inclusive groups of children. All the participants came home enthusiasticly and shared their new knowledge and experiences with the whole staff.
