Summary The concept of the program 'Networking' has been created after several meetings that we had with the members of our organization who had brought serious concerns as to the modern phenomenon of youth unemployment and urbanization. Our young members have expressed their concerns about the lack of opportunities for young people who live in rural areas and in general the difficulties that they face in order to find a job. Through these guidelines, we have designed the program 'Networking' that consists of two activities which have as their objective the support of entrepreneurship among young people in rural areas, to support the employability of young people and finally the promotion and awareness of the social integration and the well-being of young people living in rural areas. Furthermore, our goal is the promotion and dissemination of the EVS program in rural areas and the mobilization of young people to participate. In particular, our program is divided into activity A1 , training for youth workers and activity A2 EVS short -term. The two activities are designed in detail taking into account the thematic aspects of the program-entrepreneurship, employability, networking of young people. The training seminar will involve youth workers, motivated and interested in becoming experts in the above-mentioned themes. One of the aims for the activity A1 is that participants will acquire skills and knowledge on the above-mentioned topics as well as to exchange views, ideas and good practices. Subsequently, each partner with the skills acquired during the training course will select the young volunteers, will prepare them for the program of EVS and volunteers during their EVS service will apply in practice networking and entrepreneurship. In brief, in the activity A2-Short-term EVS will participate 28 young people aged 18-30,motivated, willing to offer their voluntary services to our organization and to also to support the EVS program. The methods that we will apply to Activity A1 are based on non-formal and informal methodologies, workshops, presentations, discussions etc. The methods of the activity A2 will also be based on non-formal and informal methodologies, workshops, field observation, visits, research, initiatives, create an event etc. The proposed activities in activity A1 are: workshop 'Entrepreneurship and culture', a roundtable discussion ' Mechanisms for entrepreneurship', social cafe 'Young People and employability', exchange of good practice in simple business ideas, etc.The activities of A2 short-term EVS are as follows: Field Observation in various small and medium-scale enterprises, presentation by entrepreneurs 'Basic steps for developing a firm, workshop'Risks and difficulties in the business world', debate ΄ Clever ways of enhancing employability, final event ΄Networking among small- and medium-sized enterprises', the young volunteers will organize the event. The number of participants in the Activity A1 is 36 people and the activity A2 28 people. The countries participating in the program are Cyprus, Spain, Fyrom Macedonia, Jordan, Italy,Check Republic,Serbia and Hungary. The results of the program will focus on the successful implementation of the objectives and in particular the employability of young people, something that will be achieved in the long-term stage. Subsequently, we aim that we will provide skills to youth workers and those youth workers will transfer the skills and knowledge that they will acquire. In addition through the Activity A2 short-term EVS, there will be visibility and dissemination of the EVS program itself, 28 young people will have the opportunity to participate in a unique experience, to develop an event and to interact with the local society. The local society will be informed about EVS program, young people in rural areas will be informed about the opportunities offered and in the future may be involved. In conclusion, as already outlined above we expect that participants will acquire knowledge and skills relating to entrepreneurship, will have ideas about employability, will improve the quality of life of young people living in rural areas. Also, we aim to design future projects as part of the continuation of the program.
