NetWork Norden searches for cultural differences in the Nordic labour market. The aim is to give employers and employees a recipe on how to best succeed in the job with a neighbor. The Nordic cooperation project aims to develop methods to identify how well a business is to integrate the flow of labour from other Nordic countries as well as developing solutions for how such integration can be simplified. This will be achieved by mapping cultural differences in employment in the three countries. The project Network Norden hopes to help both businesses and employees to change attitudes and practices, so that Nordic companies in the future can more easily step into another Nordic market, working with companies in neighboring countries or go all the way and turn together with a business in one of its neighbors. Expected Results: Our cultures are similar in many ways, but there are different ways of administration and operations are put together in different ways in the three countries. The project results will enable the organization to leverage their Nordic colleagues better.
