Network Development in Eastern Europe
Date du début: 1 mai 2015, Date de fin: 30 avr. 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The development of a network between civil-society-organisations from Central and Eastern Europe is one of the elementary goals of our work. We repeatedly noticed that our members have problems in developing and sustaining an active, long-term network since this needs a long-term dedication, enough ressources and an active care of networking. Through the receiving of an EVS volunteer we want to strengthen and develop the exchange and networking between initiatives of our network. This happens for one during the exchange of experiences between the sending and receiving organisations. The volunteer is already active in an organisation in Ukraine and is able to contribute with the received knowledge to the improvement of the work of the organisation in Ukraine after the voluntary service. Furthermore, one of the main tasks of the volunteer will be to strenghten the exchange and contact between member initiatives. We want to implement small, creative actions to the improvement of the communication of the network. The volunteer should be between 18 and 30 years old and be motivated to get active in their society, maybe even already being active in Ukraine. Candidates should be motivated to work on projects, involve their own creative ideas and should be ready to communicate with active young people from all over the region. The type of the activity is a European Voluntary Service (EVS) with partner countries of the EU. Venue is the office of the InMOE, Badstraße 44, 13357 Berlin. The duration of the EVS will be between 01.06.2015 - 29.02.2016. The methods of work include project assistance (with current projects of the InMOE, Trainings on Project Management and Teamwork, Seminars on Embodied LEadership and Inside-Out Leadership and others), PR Work (Translations for our Website, Contact with member organisations, Foto-Documentation of the projects), Videodocumentation (with internal training by our former volunteer Pavel Kaleda) as well as the development and implementation of own projects. The Volunteer should get a positive impression of the Erasmus+ programme through the successfull inplementation of an EVS Projects. He or she will receive information about further opportunities offered by the programme. The volunteer will be encouraged to develop their own project in their home country. Furthermore, the volunteer will get to know and to cooperate with organisation that are possible project partners for the future. Through experiencing the work o fan organisation, the volunteer will receive impetus for getting active on a local and international level. In our opinion, there is a great demand, expecially in the east of Europe for this involvement. The international cooperations that have been established as a result of this project will be developed and expanded if both parties see the demand.
