PROJET
TERMINÉ
The title of our project is „Gastronomie international-wir machen Praktikum in Deutschland”. Our school and students out of the bilingual lessons for gastronomy and tourism are belonging to our project target group. In autumn 2016 twice 8 persons and 4 people (12th graduation year) as reserve would take part in the mobility project. Between 2001 and 2008 we already realised successful projects for students learning gastronomy and tourism.The vice-director took part in a Monitoring in Thuringia. He told us, what he has seen and so our school started the contact with the German partner.In January 2016 was a meeting in our school, where the project team (including the German partner) discussed the most important information according to the project. After the completion of the contracts the school starts to choose the students, fulfilling the entrance requirements and are motivated. This students will take part in a professional, linguistical, social and technical preparation, which will take place in the project lessons (33). After the acceptance of the project the German partner will undertake a mental preparation. We also will carry out a parents meeting, where the most important information referring to the internship and the stay abroad will be presented.We will take out an insurance (disease, accident, luggage, liability) for the students and tutors. Also we will take care of medical documents, E-Card, work wear 8includign boots) and the working time evidence. We organize the journey and are choosing the organisation that transport our students. We will regulate the finances and clarify the credit transfer.Before the internship in September we will plan a preparation meeting in Thuringia. There will take part some members of the project team to get to know the foreign relation and the hotels.6. November- 5. December 2016: Time of the vocational internship with a Monitoring and an evaluation after 2 weeks. The students will be there for 28 days and work 6-8 hours a day with 2 free days a week. The students will be in pairs in the hotel and work depending on the hotel in one or a rotating shift in 3 areas (kitchen, restaurant, hotel). At the end the mentor and Ramona Herzog are evaluating the work with points. (ECVET). This individual ECVET tableau will be accepted at all internship places and school lessons. Each participant get a Europass. After the departure the evaluation begins with reports, discussions and improving of the faults. For the travellers in November 2017 we planned the same procedure with the same activities in the same time period.The headmaster informs the students and parents at the first school day and at the school leaving event about the project results and current news. According to the school internship lessons the gained knowledge and new methods will be taught. The Erasmus project will be published on our website and in the career choice magazine. For the job fair we will develop a film of records taken by the students. The chamber of commerce, local establishments and media will be steady informed about the project. The students can upload their pictures on Facebook and YouTube. In our local newspaper „Hajdú-Bihari Napló” on the site „walker” graduates can publish texts.To our project aims also belongs the education of students, who can adapt to the changing market relations, are intelligent, have good technique and multicultural knowledge and are able to communicate at least in one language. With the gaining of linguistical and basic competences the companies get better trained adolescence with experience collected in Hungary and abroad. We are able to present us on the international market, get to know new methods and technologies and the teachers can improve their professional language skills. Long term it is possible to integrate the gained experience in the course of instruction, this leads to the improving of the quality of the theoretical and practical lessons. The goal is to realise for all our areas (sport, marketing, logistic, baker, butcher) foreign projects. A successful school also make the education centre more successful. Our successful work can affect other professional institutes positive and motivate them.There is an old saying that a marathon starts with the first step. According to our project title we want to contribute to the international success of our school and students.
