The mobility project "New skills for students and teachers of the Technical Vocational Education" refers to two different activities. The first activity of the project will involve 25 students Electrical field EPAL Ilioupolis and the second activity 15 teachers. Planned because of the educational gap in the field of Electricians of the EPAL as the basic criterion, associated with renewable sources of energy, ways to use them, the opening to new areas of employment, but also with the lack of information and training of the teachers that exists in the new teaching models, in good practices of education and assessment methodologies. The target of the student’s activity is for them to learn about new technologies in the field of renewable sources of energy and to be informed of the future of their expertise in the labor market. The target of the teacher’s activity is for them to learn about the new methodologies and objects of education but also the evaluation of the educational process and practice. Moreover the common target for both activities is to improve their ability in English language, to get to know the culture of the neighboring country and that experience to contribute to shaping European culture and consciousness and a positive image for the mobility of European citizens. The expected results of the proposed mobility plan is the complete coverage of all educational targets and needs of the participants and especially the benefits for both students and teachers. For the students, the valuable experience, together with knowledge and skills necessary to be more competitive in their profession, the development of European consciousness and culture, as well as new acquaintances of agencies and organizations in Italy for possible future cooperation and all that assisted by obtaining the relevant EU certificates. For teachers, to inform them about the work environment in another European country, but also to exchange views with partners involved in the educational system of another member state. These will be implemented through a series of meetings, visits and seminars that will have a special issue to the structure, organization, teaching activities, areas of study as well as the tools and methodologies for the assessment and certification of quality in school and teaching. In the future participants of both activities are expected to strengthen and improve their English language, transferring this knowledge to their colleagues in the rest of the country. In addition, students and teachers , with their certificates, multicultural awareness and European identity, as well as with all their knowledge that they will gain on the occasion of this mobility, will trigger changes in their career path, and they will also become a starting point for new mobility in Europe .
