Date du début: 1 sept. 2016, Date de fin: 31 août 2017 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The proposed project "NEW MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES FOR BUILDING ENERGY SAVING BUILDINGS" refers to 30 (15 per flow) entrepreneurs and managers of the construction industry, for 14 days in Germany. We think that will bring significant results both at individual level and in general developmental level, which meet a real need of the trainees. The UVE host operator has great experience regarding the subject of the program as well as in adult education (as evidenced by the profile). Moreover, it has developed a comprehensive program based on the needs of learners, which we have identified in detail so that participants can improve their knowledge and skills to achieve the best possible results. The program NEW MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES FOR BUILDING ENERGY SAVING BUILDINGS regards information in relation to the technologies and capabilities relating to green construction. In view of the dangers of uncontrolled climate change impacts, the construction sector is expected to make turn and take an approach more environmentally friendly. The exploitation of energy saving potential hidden in the aging building stock of the continent will occupy a central position in the forthcoming review of European policies. Technology today provides many possibilities to save energy. Solutions that are easy to adopt by the general public with quite low cost and long term benefits. Indicatively, are some of the methods, which are the most effective and representative samples of the green building sector:• Metallic paints - Extended application to other building materials, studies have shown that they are a cost-effective method for increasing lifespan.• Management of hazardous chemicals - Reducing risks (environmental or otherwise) that may occur by the presence of chemicals at a construction site.• Sprayable insulation - Spray application materials to create an airtight layer in walls, floors, ceilings and roofs.• Substitution of cement - Use alternative materials instead of concrete (such as ceramic) with greater insulation and a lower environmental footprint.• Green and white roofs - Increasing the insulation and saving energy using plant or correct color options.Having a sense of social responsibility towards the environment and future generations, the CHAMBER OF VIOTIA aims in adopting these green techniques in business but also in residential areas, a central objective of the proposal is to present and inform entrepreneurs about the multiple benefits, both economically and environmentally, it attaches medium to long term the adoption and implementation of green techniques. GERMANY, which is the host country, owns pioneering position in applications and development of green building, it is the most appropriate destination to receive expertise and information in the field. The educational needs of entrepreneurs engaged in the construction of buildings (plumbers, electricians, engineers, aluminum fabricator) are resulting from modern trends and EU directives that promote green growth. These are divided into:• Information regarding the climatic effects of traditional building,• Basic knowledge of bioclimatic planning,• Understand principles and energy autonomy of philosophy and energy saving• Adaptation to contemporary subjects, So after the implementation of the program it is expected for the project to contribute: • The added value of local and regional development by investing in human capital.• Promoting the knowledge society.• Contributing to the creation and preservation of quality jobs. The specific objectives of the program are to train participants in applications based on EU directives aimed at improving energy efficiency and environmental protection, and particularly distinguished:• The strengthening of participants' skills to enable them to successfully adapt to the requirements created by developments in the construction industry,• Promoting solutions that comply with EU directives for green growth,• The adoption of techniques and methods used and continuously developed in EU countries
