Immediately after returning from a foreign exchange teachers will train each other and improve their competence in the language and teaching, and also transfer their knowledge to other teachers from our school and other schools in Poznan. The newly acquired methodical and language competence by teachers will help modernize curricula and methods of their implementation of all school subjects and to initiate a series of language training teaching staff. We also want that our curricula offered by our institution are up to date kept refreshed and modified, taking into account current trends in methodology and individual needs of students. The realization of the project will contribute to increase the level of teaching languages at school as well as enable the continuation of the process of introducing CLIL (the introduction of this method of teaching classes with more items than before). An important task will be for us to establish cooperation with educational institutions from the EU and the organization.
