Due to changing situation in the Polish education system, as well as a growing number of children with special educational needs, school teachers feel the need for lifelong learning, exploration of new ways of working. Depends on them also to incorporate parents in the educational process of their children. School management is looking for new forms of social capital management to the future establishment has become a modern institution in which teachers are creative, the students prepared to active participating in life, and parents supporting them. The objectives of the project are: 1 strengthening the professional profile of teachers 2 developing basic skills and key competences of pupils 3 students and parents are social capital of modern school 4 early care and education 5 working with children with special educational needs (autistic children with Asperger's syndrome, manifesting difficulty concentrating). Project participants are teachers: English teachers, support, teachers, early childhood education teachers, the director, deputy director. Training will be covered by 14 teachers. The main activities of the project are training staff. English teachers will participate in the 12-day courses on the methodology of teaching a foreign language. Courses will focus on the use of various techniques of teaching grammar, vocabulary, language functions, improve communication skills of students. Supporting teachers will participate in the five-day courses on methods of working with pupils with special educational needs. Teachers early childhood education will leave on a five courses related to the development of children's creative thinking in the early school age. Director and Deputy Director will participate in courses related to building a team of employees and efficient management of social capital facility. The project involves: the preparation of the application, choose courses meet the needs of the facility, the initial reserve training, educational mobility, the implementation of acquired skills, determine the impact of the project on the participants and the school, disseminating the results and achievements of the project evaluation, to determine the extent to which the objectives have been met. Teachers acquire new professional skills will be more creative in the use of pedagogical innovations and modern teaching methods. Increasing their language skills in the use of the English language. The training programs will improve the workshop teachers by providing them with a fresh look at the difficulties that they encounter in their daily work. Participation in the project will help facility to strengthen its image in the local community, enrich their experience in the field of international cooperation. Through participation in the project management, the school will become the institution in which teachers are motivated to continuously improve their professional competence in the area of teaching, care and collaboration with parents. All activities undertaken in the project will contribute to strengthening the profile of the profession, improve the co-operation of the school with their parents. Participation in the project will allow the facility to establish international cooperation in the implementation of new projects in the future. Students will have the opportunity to participate in lessons that will strengthen their motivation to learn, stimulate creative thinking.
