Niepubliczne Przedszkole na Księżym Młynie (Private Kindergarten at Ksiezy Mlyn)is a modern post for children aged between 2,5 and 5 years. It is an educational institution which develops dynamically and its stuff cares for personal and professional development. As a reply to local market the kindergarten as such creates in its work plan and philosophy constant development and, what fallows, using modern teaching techniques in practice. The main aim of our post is to educate children in a bilingual system, which strengthens their chances at the next education stages, provides better education and influences getting rid of language barrier, the lack of which allows unimpeded movement around Europe and undertaking professional activity in other countries in the future. The main goal of the project is to educate very young children in English as a leading language, and to increase the post competitiveness at local private nurseries and kindergartens market. Taking part in this project will help our teachers improving their work quality, qualifications and skills. All these result in better position and employment possibilities at Polish employment market, and which fallows create much better self esteem and influence personal development of the teachers. These factors do also cause more sincere involvement of the training stuff into the teaching process, increase work and further self development motivation and gives job satisfaction. Participation in the project will also increase the teachers' inter-cultural awareness and will broaden their professional horizons as well as will provide with concrete tools, skills and knowledge to be used at everyday work. As for the management aspect, the project will enable the management personnel to internationalize the management strategies and will allow starting and strengthening cooperation with foreign partners. The manging personnel will have possibility of using and observing checked and proved at foreign posts management systems Taking part in the project will enable using new teaching methods and techniques not only to the teachers directly participating in the project but also to other teaching stuff members, as the participants will transfer their new abilities, skills and knowledge to other teachers. The participants of the project to be are pre school teachers, English language teachers and managing personnel. The plan is to open a bilingual class working according to the CLIL system. Foreseen results are mainly increasing children's language skills and teaching English as a second language from the very beginning. We do also expect our post to be more competitive at the local market, the post development as well as rising teachers' language and methodology skills and improving their motivation to work and giving them more job satisfaction, what shell result in better self esteem and in increasing the quality of life. In a distant future thinking we assume that Lodz, as a city in the centre of Poland, will become an attractive place also because of bilingual educational institutions, which are important for foreign investors as the managers of their companies wil have possibility of educating children in a bilingual system.
