Having established an excellent working relationship in Phase One (the Pilot, September 2003 to August 2004) we wish to consolidate and refine those actions set out in Phase One that have worked particularly well for the participants (people with learning difficulties).We wish to pursue the social inclusion of the participants as the primary goal of the project. To do this we will continue to use the environment as a tool refining and improving our techniques over a four year period. We also intend to broaden the audiences with which the participants will engage. For example, we will broaden the communication tasks to include other user groups such as schoolchildren and we are determined to establish a realistic exit strategy that will allow the sustainability of the project.We propose two phases, each to be two years long as follows: Phase Two October 2004 to September 2006 followed by Phase Three October 2006 to September 2008.
