The main objective of this exchange was to promote and encourage respect and interest of young people to nature, granting them the tools to create a sustainable reality in their own lives, being aware of the needs of preservation and environmental protection and benefits that provide outdoor activities, beyond the comforts of the technological society. Likewise it was intended to foster a deep cultural and artistic exchange between participants, with the aim of providing new insights, perspectives and realities of other European countries. In the project participated 3 organizations from Spain, Cyprus and Poland. Each group of participants was composed of 6 young people (18-25 years old) and a leader (in total 21 participants). The exchange took place in Medinaceli, a municipality in the province of Soria, Castile and Leon, Spain, the perfect place to live close to nature, beautiful environment, artistic and historical culture, far from the global divices. The methodology was based in group work, laboratories in practice, information on the environment, learning by doing and outdoor activities. As for the results, participants learned about environmental issues, experienced other ways of living out of the city and then shared their experiences and knowledge with others. The project results were shared with other organizations in partner countries and other countries in Europe.
