The project "Teachers of Narnia without wrinkles" was created for the teachers of Narnia Primary School as a response to their occupied day-to day searching through available means to revive the teaching process. They try to obtain the newest methods and trends in teaching at the primary school level according to the European scale. The mission of Narnia School puts specific emphasis on English language learning and therefore links the school with everyday world and networks of european structures. High qualifications and continuing teacher education will enable our teachers and subsequently the students be more successful in nowaday challenging social environment. The main aim of the project is to increase efficiency of the English language teaching and after-school activities at the primary school level by developing language competence of the teachers and by the school modernisation using ICT recources. Activities leading to fulfillment of the project are implemented by teachers attending the teaching courses abroad. 6 teachers of Narnia Primary School will attend 1 or 2-week-long teaching courses in July/August in Ireland and Malta. The teachers will attend 5 mobilities chosen accordingly: Mobility 1- offers innovative practices and practical hands‐on techniques for Narnia Primary school English teacher. This mobility in Malta also offers creative language learning, fun & games methodology for primary schools. The language teacher will have an opportunity to get into contact with English teachers of other European countries. Mobility 2 - offers highly practical playground/classroom language teaching methodology for one of the Narnia primary school English language teacher throughout the interactive teaching techniques and methods. This mobility is in Malta and is a good way of getting into contact with other teachers of Dalton primary schools around the EU. Mobility 3- covers a broad span of teaching ideas and activities to enliven lessons and make them more motivating. This course will be attended by one of the Narnia after-school tearchers who will improve her language skills and get some new ideas for the after-school activities. She will also collect information about Malta to make the presentation about Malta in the after-school club. Mobility 4- develops teaching methods to include technology in the classroom, school or other learning environments. The course introduces various software tools and their practical application for one of the Narnia Math/English/ Biology Teacher. The teacher will have an opportunity tu build intercultural relations with the other teachers while in Malta. Mobilita 5- offers general English Course in Ireland for a Narnia special needs teacher and a Primary school teacher, who is a mentor in Dalton school methodology. The teachers will learn English to improve their speaking and reading skills very much needed in their personal and personal development. Mobilities will be regularly checked by the chosen agency together with the accomodation, travel plans and security of the participants. The asset of the project will be the improvement in quality of teaching of Narnia teachers. The further school modernisation and creative language teaching will aim more at the individuality of students using their full potential within the range of the European structures. This Narnia project also represents one of the steps to a higher level of education and to the international relations with the other schools abroad. The school will be presented abroad as an instituiton within the European parameters.
