Zemedelska profesionalna gimnazia”Kliment Timiriazev” is clearly aware of the fact that we need to change the way we teach and the way our teaching process is organized. Having in mind the results our students achieve at the external evaluation in English language at the end of eight grade, state school-leaving examination and the results of the surveys conducted by the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) of The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) that shows that we need change for the achievement of a better quality education. This can be done and will be done by motivated and effective teachers. This project is important for us because it is aimed at the professional development of teachers. The project aims to make change in the methodology of presentation of the educational content. The knowledge gained through the educational mobility will make learning fun, interactive, and will ensure the acquisition of knowledge and skills of students identified as key to their full participation in public life and career in a highly competitive environment. The implementation of self-assessment, development of electronic portfolios of teachers and students will motivate them for continuous learning and refinement, and the integration of new technologies in the teaching process will encourage them to use innovative educational methods and will help the development of students creativity.The preparation and participation in this educational mobility, and the presentation of acquired and advanced digital skills of six teachers from our school will develop the potential for learning, communication and cooperation, because the future of literacy intersects with the present ICT literacy. The training methodology, used in the educational courses will be carried on like workshops, where brainstorming and group project work will be used. The guaranteed opportunity of active participation in the course will help each one to create his/her own training resources. Discussions during the training will be directed to analysis of each teaching approach. Participants will be guided how to adapt the use of various tools for their teaching context. Mastering the methodology of the flipped classroom training will allow an individual approach to each student, where students will have the opportunity to study at their own way and when they want to. Flipped classroom training will be very useful for students attendinding at self-learning and individual forms because being at these forms students are preparing on their own and after that they have exams in different discipline.The methodology for the choice of participants is accurate, and transparent. It will be consistent with the in-depth study of the needs of the users.The impact of the project on its participants is based on its work motivation, makes him/her an effective teacher, who cleverly integrates ICT in his/her teaching practice and uses web-based learning and enables e-learning. They will acquire a sense of more effective teaching, more confidence in using ICT in the teaching process, better teamwork and better communication with students. Construction of a new modern classroom in which the educational content is presented by interactive learning and self-training, in which learning is interesting and fun is in the context of the strategy of Erasmus + programme.
