15 students from Nagykátai Ipari Szakközépiskola és Szakiskola achieved a foreign vocational training with Nagykátai Ipari Szakközépiskola és Szakiskola Diákjai Olaszországban (2014-1-HU01-KA102-000403) Erasmus+ KA1 mobility project in March 2015. 4students as Fittness-wellness instructors, 2 turners, 7 mechatronical technician and 2 electrician had opportunity with Erasmus + project to get more professional, work and life experiences in Italy in March 2015. The aim of the project was to get international experiences and tried itself in multinational market. Beside it, it was also our aim to learn about system which is different from those learnt from Hungarian entrepreneurs and besides several new things, they could imrove their language skills during the practice. Our concrete professional aim was to get acquainted with Italian standard, EU standards and Italian technologies in a multinational environment and get acquainted with record keeping systems and recycling procedures thanks to the wide international clientele of the host companies. It was a vast advantage that they were able to practice at real workplaces and not in workshops, which might greatly help them to find employment. The working language of the project was English because they learnt English at secondary education, but we hope that our students will feel like learning other foreign language (s). We won this project from standby list. We found out it in September and after the agreement with the conservatory we modified the date of the project and started to achieve the project without any experiences.
