The main objective of the project is to increase of high school graduates opportunities for achieving future professional and life success. Therefore, our project goals is to increase- by participating in internship abroad- professional and language skills of participants to the level expected by our employers, getting to know culture of other countries and understanding and tolerance for other behaviors and customs. These objectives correspond to the goals of the Erasmus +, included in the Programme Guide – contributing to development of crucial competences and skills meeting to the needs of the labor market, to improvement of foreign languages skills, to promote linguistic and cultural diversity in the EU and to expand the international dimension of education and training. The participants of the project will be 72 students of second, third and fourth year(therefore at an advanced stage of education) technical specializations: technician mechanics, technician of agriculture, technician mechanics, landscaping technician and hotel technician. All potential participants are learning English at school. After recruitment(which will select the participants and create the reserve list), all students will complete comprehensive preparation class. After classes completion , participants will participate in three-week-long internships in Italy or Portugal. The project will last two years. In the school year 2014/15 for internships will go: one group to Italy and one to Portugal(each group of 18 trainees and two guardian). Identical group will leave for internships in the year 2015/16 . After completion of the placement and return to school, trainees will prepare: on-line filled report, presentations outlining their participation in the project, an photo exhibition from internships, possibly other materials to disseminate the results . After closing conference, their participation in the project will end but the results of it will be a long lasting and have enormous impact on their lives. Among the most important hard results of the project are: -Receiving by participants certificates of completion new language course language skills ; - Receiving by the participants certificates of cultural and pedagogical preparation , issued by the school ; - Receining by the participants an internship certificate , issued by the partner organizations ; - Receiving by the project participants Europass Mobility ; Soft results include : - Development and achieving new professional qualifications which will increase participants chances in the labor market ; - Improvement of language skills ; - Learning new information and communication skills ; - Development of sense duty and discipline ; - Increasing professional and personal aspirations ; - Learning about the culture and customs of the host country ; - Development of tolerance for different habits and behaviors ; Material products of the project will be such as : - Presentation outlining the project from different perspectives ; - A collection of photos and videos made by participants during internships and other phases of the project . During the implementation of the project, methodology procedure will be based on a clear division of tasks and on principle of constant supervision over project activities. From the first phase (creating objectives of the project) to the last (popularisation and closure of the project ) documentation will be collected, and the responsibilities of project employees team will be well-defined. Internships will be a great lesson of autonomy for the project participants, opportunity to improve their self-esteem, strengthen confidence and personal development. Work abroad , often in a multinational team, will allow interns to get to know and understand the value of cultural diversity in Europe. Observing these changes in attitudes and skills of participants should encourage other students from our school to undertake additional efforts in raising and broadening the skills and gain work experience so valued even during the school education. All three project partners will develop knowledge and skills, gain new experiences useful in developing international activities. School representatives and foreign partners, who work in the project will get to know people raised in a different cultures. This will contribute to development of their sensitivity to issues of intercultural dialogue and custom and behavioral diversity of customs in European countries . With the implementation of the entire project ZSTR in Piotrowice, as the organizer will gain experience in international cooperation, increase its prestige and popularity among young people, which should improve the recruitment.
