Since the work with a large number of local volunteers (around 200 per year) and that most of them are young people from 15 to 30 years old, we would like to continue to include volunteers from the EU who have given an international dimension to our overall volunteer program. Interworking involving training and education with the development of competencies that provides young man more employment opportunities and independence. Mutual communication involves learning and / or improving nomother language. Work and life in a multilingual environment is great opportunity for young people for better communication. Exchange of experiences (structure home countries, education, (un) employment, ...) allows volunteers an insight into their starting point and ability to shape the future on the basis of the information received.Objectives of the project:The overall objective:1. Promoting volunteering as a source of social energy for the development of competencies and skills of young people through non-formal learning, multiculturalism and the acceptance of diversity.Specific objectives:1. Develop competencies of young people using methods of informal learning through the implementation of voluntary activity therapy using horses2. Understanding differences through working with children with disabilities3. Developing democratic civic culture and encourage young people to participate in volunteer activities aimed at strengthening the competencies of active democratic citizenship4. Increasing the quality of our work with young peopleThe number and profile of volunteers: 2 volunteers; volunteers between 18 and 30 who wish to gain knowledge of working with children with cerebral palsy and the work with the horses, volunteers who want to work with the children, young people and horses to acquire competencies and skills required in the labor market.VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES:1. BASIC TRAINING (02.02. - 29. 02.2016.)1. Maintaining the internal rooms (cleaning stables, keeping horses in stables in discharges, cleaning simpler for people-living room, bathroom and dressing room)2. Maintaining the property and outdoor spaces (cleaning discharges, keeping the horse to pasture, mowing grass, fences, canopies, ...)2.ADVANCED TRAINING (01.03. - 31.03.2016.)1.Volunteer Training (cleaning horses, saddling horses, move around the arena, clearing away the horse, maintenance of therapy)2.Companion of the users in therapy (care for the safety of users during therapy)3.Auxiliary feeders (feeder helps about feeding horses)3. EDUCATION (01.04.- 30.04. 2016.)1. The guide horses in training (leading horses in therapy)2.duty (on duty on the property on weekends, public holidays and and take care of the estate and horses)3. instructor (trained volunteers for each volunteer position)4. EDUCATION (01.05. 2016 - 31.01.2017.)1. A team of horses-conditioning / feeders (conditioners riding maintain physical and mental condition of the horse, and the feeders feed the horses)2. WORKSHOPS "Learning to learn" (01.02.2016. - 01.31.2017.)Total 6 workshops for 2 hours per workshopEvaluations:1. outcome of study (every 2 months)2. Assessment of volunteers to the systematization of volunteer positions in every part of the training and education. A volunteer passes from a lower to a higher position if a volunteer is positively evaluated (depending on position)3. Assessment of social and emotional skills to the Baron's model assessment (every month)4. Cooperation between the Send organization and the host organization (every 2 months)5. language instruction (once a month)6. Work and relationship between mentors and volunteers (once a month)7.
