Youth exchange 20.05.2015 - 05.06.2015 - Zatonie 1.Project ”My job - My passsion” was designed for young people from Poland and Ukraine , aged between 18 and 25 years old 30 participants that due to their age are entering labour market and face a challange to find a job that will enable them to realise their potential and use knowledge. 2.Main topic of the project is how to create your business that is based on your interest, hobby and passion. 3.Main aim of the project is to empower participant’s creative thinking skills, entreprenurship spirit, project management skills, noegotiation and meditations as well as all the competences that makes young entrepreneur. 4.Activities planned in the project are based on diverse non-formal and informal education methods, such as: brainstorming, interactive games, team work, practical tasks, simulations, collage, role play. 5.Results of the project are: improvement of entrepreneurship spirit and creativity amoung young people, development of knowledge and competences in the field of starting and running own business and creation of draft plans of business activity.
