In the current era, busy career life and the burnout anxiety have lessened the motivation of the teachers. Our town, Kaş, is very far from the city centre as well as from the other main cities. Thus, the teachers in our school has limited opportunities to developing themselves in their career. We, as subject teachers, are aware that Iit is important our staff being content and happy with their professional life. In this respect, building a team work is crucial as our school is quite small. Even if they have problems, the teachers need to leave them behind. The aim of this project is to provide our school's teachers an opportunity to create team spirit as well as to help them overcoming the burnout and stress. As a result, we expect not only to work with happy individuals but also to develop a positive and productive environment as a result of an effective team spirit. This is expected also to increase the motivation in regulating educational activities. Two of our school teachers will be responsible in implementing our project. Throughout our project, we will employ several methods interactive presentations, individual and/or group works and brainstorming and discussion sessions with questions and answers. The activites that we carry out in order to reach our aim are training the teachers after the courses, disseminating the project by the results of pretest and the posttest and making the project widespread in our town. We will reach a happy school atmosphere that consists the teachers who can cope with the burnout and stress; and impress each other positively. This, we believe, will reflect itself positively on our pupils as an atmosphere, the academic and emotional success of our pupils will increase at school.
