TERMINÉ
The project for road rehabilitation is a part of Harmanli municipality development plan for the period 2007-2013. The road is of geat importance for the BG-GR border region because of the motor vehicles traffic from GR to BG and vice versa. Its main objective is to secure long term influence over accessibility in the CBC area and create sustainable, accessible and attractive environment to the citizens and visitors of Harmanli through planned activities for permanent improvement of roads infrastructure. Expected Results: The direct effects of the project can be divided into two main types: improved infrastructure, measured by 4 841 m of road network, lay-by - 3 811 m, curb-stone - 3 582 m; improved traffic organization measured by the newly developed road signalization and marking and improved capacity for modern infrastructure development.
