Multimedia training tools used in teaching the work organisation methods in relation to the workers of industrial enterprises at SME sector.

There are around 23 million small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the European Union – that is 99% of all enterprises. SMEs provide over 100 million jobs in Europe, and in some sectors account for more than three-quarters of all jobs. SMEs regard four factors as constituting equally important barriers to innovation: problems in access to finance, scarcity of skilled labour, a lack of market demand and the high cost of human resources. A worker participating in a training distracts current activity of an enterprise, sometimes it means its temporary suspension. This is an undoubted problem, that should be counteracted. The main aim of the project known as E.MSP was 40% reduction of teaching time and improvement of teaching the work organisation methods, using multimedia training tools. We offer simple and effective tools for learning generally complicated organisation methods. These tools support the work of trainers – educators and people who apply knowledge of the work optimizing (production staff and team leaders). The improvement of quality and innovativeness are perceived in joining the tools that were previously separate into one package. The project joined traditional training materials like trainer’s and trainee’s handbooks with a physical model which reflects working process, the PP presentations, e-learning and simulations. The junctive element is the physical model- the basis for preparing the remaining materials. The chosen model was used while discussing all training materials. The consortium consisted of 6 partners : (P0)REFA Wielkopolska Poznan/ Poland, (P1) Transfer Association /Poland, (P2)REFA Bundesverband e.V. Darmstadt/Germany, (P3)IPA Frauenhoferinstitut Zilina/Slovakia and (P4)Racionalizace Agentur / Czech and (P5) Hellenic Regional Development Center Partas/Greece.The impact of this project is: the managerial staff and MSP workers are more interested in training participation, increase in popularity of trainings in work organisation dedicated to MSP, increase in productivity in companies, increase in company competitiveness
