Project „ Multi Culture – United Souls” is planned to realize during 5 months from June, 2014, till November, 2014. Main activity – youth exchange will be organized from 18 – 25 August, it will be 8 days long, include travel time. Applicant is nongovernmental (NGO) organization “Skolēnu vecāku biedrība” (Children parents association) from Latvia. Georgia in this project is represented by organization - NGO “Georgian Youth for Europe”, Italy by Associazione di Promozione Sociale EUTOPIA and Estonia Öökull NGO. The project implementation place is Semenova village in Vilaka municipality Medneva parish (Latvia). The total amount of participants will be 24 persons, 20 youngsters and 4 group leaders. 8 participants will take part in Advance Planning Visit in July, 2014. The program support for the project will be 11208,00 Eur. Project main topic is the culture, culture traditions, similarities and differences of the culture. The targets of the project - the acquaintance of the cultural features and customs of other nations thus comprehending and realizing cultural diversity, variety of youth and mutual equality as well as development of the youth intercultural education. To achieve the targets the tasks will be organized national days represent by project partners. During national day project partners will organize activities how to represent their culture, teach language, cook traditional food, and teach dance and song. The skills what participants will get during the project will present in the final concert. During morning sessions participants will discuss about social inclusion, discrimination by playing role games and social dialogues. Project activities will organize not only in one place, but will visit the town Vilaka and one day will spend in nature park “Balkani”. During the project participants will get information about Youth Pass and Erasmus + program. All participants will fill and get Youth Pass – document which approves what kind of competences is get in the project.
