Thanks to MEGEP Project MTS Stopcam , CNC (computer controlled workbenches) and simulation program was given to 100 shcools which has machine technology brand by the MTS 6m6h company which has a headquarter in Berlin – Germany. 4 of these 100 schools are our shcools which are the members of this consortium. We had a training about the program. A teacher who came from Germany trained us. We couldn’t have a training about the cam module which is in this program. We reached to a level with our own efforts. With MTS stopcam program, our students can do cnc simulations as if they were doing it on real cnc workbenches. But we still have problems with processing of mixed parts ( vertical processing 4-5 axis ) and we can’t do simulations. With this Project we want our students to be educated and do internship in educational institutions in Czech Republic and Germany, in order to compensate their deficiencies and they will also absorve the Europa culture and language. This Project consist of our 48 students in 11th and 12th grades who are having education on CNC.The students study at schoolswo are the member of the consortium and their vrach is Machine Technology. Our aim is making our students learn the new Technologies and transfer their information into the manifacturing industry when they are doing internship. We want them to compare their work discipline, with the work discipline in Europa. Our country is developing day by day so with this Project, our students will learn these subjects directly.After graduation they won’t have problems in processing mixed parts and C axis in CNC lathe, because they will have learnt these applications and they will supply the needs of the qualified workers. Our another aim is to chnage our student’s point of wiew to the world and help them develop their foreign language. Our activitiy is a mobility project which will be held with our foreign portners for 2 weeks between 15.05.2016 and 30,05,2016 in Prag and Berlin Germany which is the center of the MTSstopcam program. Our foreign partners guaranteed us that they will train us and our student’s in company with the experts about MSTstopcam and processing mixed parts in the labs which are for 8 people and in this labs all the computers will have MTSstopcam programs. In order to perform the project without problems, we are going to form a management team in our school which is the coordinator of the consortuim. Our member schools will from small Project teams and they are going to be in contact with the project management team. The duty of the project management team is making preparin studies, application, evaluation, convertionalization and preparing the final report after signing the contract with the National Agency. The project contact person will be in contact with our partners in Germany and Czech Republic. As a result: After learning these subjects, our students will go on doing their internships in factories and they are going to be more self confident and knowledgeable. Thanks to this, the point of view of the businesses is going to change. With this project, their overseas internship is going to make a big contribution to their education, they are going to improve their foreign language and the possibility of finding a job will increase. In our region and country, the bigest problem is find qualified workers and with this project we can make a little contrubition to the solution of this problem. It will be a big apportunity for our youth to know about EUropean culture and language. In long term: Our schools wii come together with the businesses in their region and they are going to contribute the vocational education by forming a common opinion. They will also determine the labour force qualities needed in the region. We are also going to help other schools which use similation programs, by forming booklets which includes our experiences and information. Thus we are going to remove their deficiencies a little. 48 students one of whom is a mainstreaming student will make use of this project .The project will take place between 15.05.2016 and 30.05.2016 in berlin Germay in “Ausbildungsverbund Teltow e.V” , COMFORT gGmbH,EURO-CERT European Academy gGmbH,IBBF Institut and EK/Prag daki,SPŠ stavební Josefa Gočára and Stredni prumyslova skola intitutions.
