The main aim of the project is to share and further explore practices for volunteers’ management at local and international level through non-formal learning and active participation. Objectives: - Promote young people's social inclusion and stimulate their active participation in democratic life;- Transfer the knowledge and know-how obtained in the duration of the project into a universal practice of volunteers management, available and open for use;- Support the professional development of staff and youth workers in managing volunteers, involving young people with a disadvantaged background, and enhancing cooperation among project partners. The project’s activities include mobility of youth workers & young people. The project supports and promotes the benefits of cooperation, offering opportunities for mobility abroad, strengthening a multi-level capacity building process for all involved actors. In particular, main project’s activities include:- 8-day training course (TC), involving 36 youth workers (6/partner). During the TC the concept of volunteers’ management will be introduced and elaborated, through sharing volunteering practices and experience in youth work. The TC will allow participants to discover the potential of volunteerism to promote social inclusion and respect to diversity. It will be based on non-formal education methods allowing participants to identify & valorize their skills and permit them to transfer the acquired skills in their personal & professional life;- 2 rounds of EVS for 12 volunteers from all partner’s countries. During the mobility they will be involved in the activities of the receiving organization, working with various types of people with fewer opportunities, based on cooperative & experiential learning.
