The Youth Centre Villa Elba coordinate an EVS project "Moving through EVS 1.7.2016-31.2017. This project hosts 3 volunteers in Kokkotyö Foundation, Villa Elba Youth Centre and Youth Centre Vasatokka. The volunteers come from Serbia, Ukraine and Russia. Participants are young people who are motivated to give their own work and develop their skills through international operations.Volunteers work in Kokkotyö Foundation, Villa Elba Youth Centre and Youth Centre Vasatokka and participates in the everyday life of the workplace and bringing multiculturalism in the workplaces.By taking part in voluntary work in the project both volunteers and local people get to know different cultures, learns to cooperate with people from different countries, broaden their pictures of the world, learn to understand and appreciate the diversity of the cultures and human diversity and develop their own language skills.
