Vocational Training Emerita Augusta High School This project is within the framework of student internships in other countries and the mobility of teachers for professional development, specifically in Italy and Germany. The following is the distribution of students' mobilities: -Students' mobility to the north of Italy, to the area of Milano and Brescia. -Students' mobility to the Leipzig area, in Germany. The two mobilities are aimed for students to do their internship in companies, and for them to do the “Work Experience Placement Module”. The teachers' mobility is aimed at “job-shadowing” activities, i.e observe the different ways in which people work in companies as well as in Training Schools all around the EU countries. The number of students the project has been applied for is 9, and this is their profile: 2nd year Vocational School students of “Vehicle Transport and maintenance”, as well as “Telecommunication Systems”. The activities during the mobility will be internships in local companies corresponding to the professional profile of each group . The methodology to carry out the project will be the same as the one used for internships fulfilled in FCT companies in Spain; the only difference is that students will go abroad and there are aspects to be taken care of such as travelling, room and board and searching for possible companies in the countries where they will go. The most immediate result is the achievement of an intermediate level technical diploma.The experience will be such , at a personal and professional level, that it will help to incorporate them into the job market, either in Spain or in any other foreign country.
