THE SCHOOL OF ARTS OF IBIZA IS A PUBLIC ART SCHOOL WHERE BACHELOR (A LEVELS) AND TEACHINGS OF FINE ARTS AND DESIGN IN VOCATIONAL STUDIES ARE OFFERED: WOOD WORK AND ARTISTIC IRON IN THE MIDDLE LEVEL ,AND IN THE VOCATIONAL HIGHER LEVEL FASHION DESIGN AND INTERIOR DESIGN .OUR SCHOOL HAS BEEN FORMING PROFESSIONALS ON THESE FIELDS SINCE 1935 AND OUR PERSPECTIVE OF FUTURE MAKE US AT ALL TIMES ADAPT THE TEACHINGS AND METHODOLOGIES OF SCHOOL TO THE DEMANDS OF THE JOB WORLD AND WE ARE ALWAYS TRYING TO ACHIEVE THAT ART AND DESIGN ACQUIRE THE ROLE AND RELEVANCE THEY DESERVE IN SOCIETY AND PRESENT WORLD.OUR TARGET SCHOOL OFFERS THE SAME TYPE OF LEARNINGS AND THE LOCATION WHERE THE TRAINING STAYS TAKE PLACE IS A LOCATION SCHEDULED FOR CULTURAL AND HISTORICAL INTEREST BY THE FRENCH AUTHORITIES , SO ALL OF THE WORK TO BE CARRIED IN THE LOCATION MUST BE DONE WITH MATERIALS PROFUCED IN THE SITE AND THROUGH TRADITIONAL TECHNIQUES AND PROCEDURES . WE THINK THIS IS AN ADDED VALUE IN REGARD TO THE TYPE OF TEACHING BOTH OFFER , AND IT HAS A POSITIVE IMPACT ON BOTH PARTIES .THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS MAY VARY , BUT IT RANGES BETWEEN TWO AND THREE STUDENTS. THE PROFILE OF STUDENTS MUST BE OF THOSE WHO NOT ONLY PRESENT INTEREST , BUT A GOOD ACADEMIC RECORD AND POSITIVE AND FRIENDLY ATTITUDE FACING STUDIES , PARTNERS AND TEACHERS.ACTIVITIES PLANNED : OUR STUDENTS REMAIN FOR A WEEK IN THE SCHOOL ATTENDING LESSONS AND THREE WEEKS IN A COMPANY IN THE SAME WAY THAT THE STUDENTS FROM FRANCE WHEN THEY COME HERE . ALL THIS IS A LANGUAGE AND CULTURAL IMMERSION THAT ALL STAY IN AN ABROAD COUNTRY CONTAINS, AND OUR STUDENTS ARE LUCKY TO HAVE A WELCOME RECEPTION BY ANOTHER CENTER WHERE THEY ORIENTATE THEM ANDLET THEM KNOW THE PLACE AND ACCOMPANY THEM DURING THE FIRST DAYS IN ORDER TO MAKE THE PERIOD OF ADAPTATION EASIER .METHODOLOGY WILL AT ALL TIMES BE COOPERATIVE AND COMMUNICATIVE BETWEEN THE TWO SCHOOLS AND COLLLABORATIVE BETWEEN BUSINESS COORDINATORS AND TUTORS . CRITERIA EVALUATION OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS ARE PREVIOUSLY AGREED BETWEEN TUTORS AND BETWEEN EACH CENTER COORDINATOR , HOLDING IT AND MONITORING IT BY BOTH PARTIES .AS TO THE RESULTS , STUDENTS BENEFIT NOT ONLY OF THE LEARNING AS A RESULT OF THE PERFORMANCE OF PRACTICE , BUT ALSO OF THE EXPERIENCE IN THE WORKING WORLD, WITH THE ADDED VALUE THAT ALL THIS TAKES PLACE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY , WITH ALL THE CULTURAL VALUES AND LANGUAGE THAT THAT INVOLVES . LEARNING MADE IS NOT ONLY RECEIVED TRAINING IN ADDITION TO THE CENTER OF ORIGIN , BUT ALSO EXTENDS IT , AND THIS HAS A SIGHT , NOT ONLY FOR STUDENTS WHO MADE IT , BUT FOR POTENTIAL CANDIDATES FOR ANOTHER YEAR AS WELL AS FOR TEACHERS.IN REGARD TO IMPACT , BOTH STUDENTS WHO HAVE ENJOYED A STAY AS TEACHERS FOR TRAVELLING , MEET THE EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED DIRECTLY AFFECTING TEACHING AND PERFORMING WORKS . EXPERIENCE IS SPREAD TO OTHER SCHOOL STUDENTS , AND ALSO PUBLISHED IN SCHOOL JOURNAL ,IN LOCAL PRESS, IN OUR WEB SITE, FACEBOOK AND SPREAD THROUGH VARIOUS INSTITUTIONS . IT IS ALSO SPREAD IN THE EMPLOYMENT OFFICE, IN THE ADULTS SCHOOL AND IN A FAIR OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING STUDIES IN WHICH STUDENTS WHO ARE ABOUT TO END THE COMPULSORY EDUCATION HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ATTEND . WE ALSO PARTICIPATE IN THE MEDIEVAL FAIR THAT TAKES PLACE IN IBIZA AS WE BELONG TO THE WORLD HERITAGE CITIES SCHEDULED BY UNESCO , AND WE TAKE ADVANTAGE TO BROADCAST TRAINING CYCLES AND STAYS THAT ARE HELD .LONG-TERM BENEFITS ARE DIFFICULT TO DEFINE BUT OBVIOUS IN TURN . THEY NOT ONLY AFFECT THE BENEFITS ACCORDING TO THE SCHOOL (STUDENTS , TEACHERS , AND FUTURE LEADERSHIP CANDIDATES ) BUT THAT IS EXTENDED BEYOND THE ACADEMIC WORLD , AS KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE ARE DIRECTLY APPLIED IN THE WORLD OF WORK , AND ABILITIES ACQUIRED CAN ENCOURAGE STUDENTS IN MANY OCCASIONS TO CREATE THEIR OWN COMPANY , THAT IS A ENTREPRENEUR CHARACTER THAT CAN NOT ALWAYS BE TAUGH AT SCHOOL , NOT VOLUNTARILY, BUT WE DO NOT ALWAYS HAVE THE CHANCE TO TRANSMIT IT . IT CAN BE CONSIDERED AS A TRANSMISSION FLOW OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE WHICH ALSO TAKES A EUROPEAN DIMENSION.
ALL PARTICIPANTS WHO HAVE PARTICIPATED IN THE EXPERIENCE ARE HIGHLY PROUD OF IT, FACT THAT CONFERES PRESTIGE TO THE SCHOOL.
