The job shadowing project "MOVE " is a two week co-operation between Irish organisation Youth Work Ireland Galway and Lithuanian organisation Creativitas. During the project the youth worker of Creativitas will stay with the host organisation in order to learn from the experience of the organisation, exchange youth work ?experience of the two countries and develop future partnership. During the job shadowing the youth worker will get to know the projects; the activities, the participants and the partners of the organisation. Besides the learning part the participant will be working on her own projects, with the aim to give input to the organisation she visits, develop her future projects and to ensure the visibility of the Erasmus + program , by sharing her own experience.
