MOVE Transfer
Date du début: 1 janv. 2017, Date de fin: 30 juin 2018 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The applicant is the Sports Union of Slovenia, the main national umbrella organisation of local recreational sport clubs. The partners are the BGBD, Bulgarian growing association active in promoting participation in sport and physical activity, the MT, the main national public sport body, and the International Sport and Culture Association, an international umbrella organisation of sport-for-all organizations. Our project MOVE Transfer has two main foci: to foster organisational development and capacity building by exchanging a good practice at international level and to develop competences, skills, knowledge and attitudes in people engaged in physical activity (such as trainers, coaches, staff of associations,....). It is based on the exchange and upgrade of the "Healthy Clubs" model, a quality mark system for local clubs developed by the SUS, which will be tested in Bulgaria and Malta (the two EU countries with the lowest rate of participation in sport and physical activity according to the Eurobarometer). We are aimed by promoting cross-sector and cross-border cooperation in the fields of sport and physical activity, in particular supporting networking among local clubs located in different countries. The long-term goals of the partner is to integrate the learning outcomes of the project in a unique model of “quality mark” , which could be implemented in the future also in other countries by other local clubs. The project will be based on three main steps. 1. PREPARATION The SUS will introduce the “Healthy Clubs” model to the partners. 2. PILOT TEST The “receiving partners” will adapt the model to their local environment, present it to local stakeholders and monitor the local implementation of the model. 3. EVALUATION AND FOLLOW UP The partners will discuss follow-up strategies, including identification of paths to engage partners located in other EU countries. Appropriate dissemination activities will be implemented, in particular through the ISCA's channels.
