Groups I and II have good technical skills acquired in the training area of its vocational courses, however, they need to improve their social, cultural and linguistic abilities. This project goals are also to strengthen our internationalization strategy and to contribute to the recognition of the education´s European dimension, reinforcing our cooperation with transnational partnerships and to improve the linguistic skills of our target audience. It will allow the participants to have a real perception, both in terms of learning / teaching methods and techniques and of the youngsters’ potentials and preparation needs to an increasingly competitive job market. MoveON’14 includes three mobility experiences activities to distinctive groups, to Bulgaria (20) and Italy (16) with two participants who will accompany the underage youngsters. The durations are divided into 30, 120 and 5 days, respectively. The methodology used through this project is based on the establishment of collaborative partnerships. The EPC established two partnerships, one for Italy with the “Tourism System” and another for Bulgaria with “Bulgaria Getway”, both belonging to the ETN net and of recognized quality. It is through the partnership conjugated efforts and in a confidence and expeditious atmosphere that our ambitions will come true, having each partner different tasks that complement each other towards the MoveON’14 success. It is intended that this experience of direct contact with the European job market has impact in the participants needs, promotes the acquisition, innovation and improvement of key-skills as an added value, besides the foreign languages knowledge, the proactivity, the entrepreneurial spirit and the team work, in a cultural and linguistic diverse environment. Its implementation collaborates with the Erasmus+ goals, since it contributes to the improvement of the cooperation between the international institutions that offer learning opportunities and facilitates the development of innovative teaching practices, namely the use of learning certifications systems (ECVET) and Euro pass Certificate. Local and regionally, the project enables the education European dimension awareness. To our institution, specifically, it has impact in the participants’ course colleagues and also in the improvement of training programs of the different vocational courses. The promotion of innovative teaching practices and the recognition made by the community related to the vocational education quality improvement will be, certainly, one the projects impacts. The project will provide an opportunity for many local youngsters be able to participate in training experiences that gives them an open door to an European level job market. The acquired skills will be, for the regional businessmen, an enrichment of human capital in the recruitment of these young people. Nationally, this project may have impact in reducing the unemployment rate and improving the productivity rates in the medium term, in contributing to a better performance of our companies’ competitiveness and to show the country’s involvement in transnational projects. With this project, we contribute to our Europe’s strategic goals to 2020, namely the smart, sustainable and inclusive growth.
