MOVE.ACT.CHANGE.

"Move.Act.Change." Is the third host project of European Voluntary Service, coming from the Youth Council of the City of Villa de Moya. For ten months, starting from February 1, 2016 until December 1, 2016, two volunteers will form an active part of the village youth. After becoming familiar with the intern functioning of the Youth center, the volunteer will provide assistance and support in the following missions: - Support the organization of youth and cultural events (workshops, performances, concerts, film forum, festival, haunted houses,) locally as well as increase the participation of the City of Moya and young people in European networks and international initiatives. - Support the development of local youth activities and the promotion and organization of meetings European youth. - Promote Euroea reality and create awareness on many European related topcis, with special focus on youth, culture and euroean mobility programs ( Erasmus +, EURES, Mobility programs and internships...). - Involvement and participation in the activities of the Department; Summer campaign, Carnival, Sporting Events, Youth Radio Program ... Volunteers will collaborate and participate in scheduled activities from the area of youth, office work, research, information through the ICJ, answering emails, development implementation of activitites (briefings, language classes in their mother tongue, animation workshops, logistics execution of events), ensuring at all time to promote and encourage participation of the local youth , and guide them in process of acquisition of new skills . Their creativity and desire to contribute will be essential, and be open and willing to receive new proposals for the volunteers. "Move.Act.Change." will bring Europe to the rural municipality of Moya, generate synergies among young canaries and European volunteers, promote intercultural dialogue, share experiences and get to know other cultures and share cultural diversity to the youth.
