BrandInode project aims to provide the area with such Local Branding based on a strategy, a cluster, a promotional policy and new innovative tools (physical & digital nodes) that will enhance the name of the area, differentiate it, attract new investments and young people, increase the interest of entrepreneurship as a value, towards local and indigenous development. The project will work towards the design and development of activities that will: - develop a new Local Branding, promote the local natural distinctive characteristics, - motivate young people and entrepreneurs from all economic sectors to work together as a system and gain advantages, - provide the partners with the opportunity to promote all these in international exhibitions,- provide members with state of the art innovative physical and digital tools, to increase competitiveness. The main activities include the establishment of a cluster, the elaboration and development of tools for the development and promotion of the area and its activities, and the development of a physical node, that could be used as a strategic know how transfer point. Expected Results: WP1: Proper and effective management and implementation of the project. WP2: Effective promotion of the network, the project, the Local Barding Strategy and the wider systemic development and promotion of the total area - based on the agrofood business (extended in all economic sectors and through tat gain multiple results for the economy and the society) WP3: Creation of a network and a database with enterprises from primary (producers), secondary (manufactures) and tertiary (services and public organizations) sectors - mainly a vertical and horizontal network, in order to develop the area, promote the total concept and attract investments. WP4: Development an easy to be used by small and medium corporations, a number of information technology tools, that could be used in the logistics chain as well as in the whole value chain (from producer to customer) and make the area more competitive as system. WP5: Use both physical and digital set of nodes to promote innovation in the area. The digital node will give access to a number of easy to use by all solutions and the physical node will enhance that knowledge and at the same time will promote immediate the products of the area, since it will located in a strategic point close to main roads.
