Our project "Mosaic of opportunities" is focused on work with children, youth and adults. The volunteers will learn how creted a programs and events with different theme for them. They would working on their own miniproject during their EVS project. Miniproject is focused on the topis which is closed to him/her personality. The main aim of project is improve volunteer´s skills, staff´s skills and our clients skills. Activities of the project are focused on cultural tolerance, increasing social sensibilities and improve volunteer´s skills, which is helping to us qualification for the job market. Project brings to our city an european sensibility and cultural diversity. Our organization accepts two volunteers from different countries. One of them is from Italy and one is from Spain. The both of volunteer´s have a obstacles. One of them has geographical obstacle and two has an economical obstacle. During the 12 months volunteers to develop their skills, knowledge and attitudes. They will try work with children, youth and adults, organize events, promotion of organization, create a posters, promote their own country and culture, promote a program Erasmus+ for young people and public. These activities are forming by non-formal education. We are develop a young people personality, awareness of social inclusion, improve cultural tolerance, participation and awareness of the importance active citizenships. Long-term benefits of our project are in cooperation with other organizations abroad and with local hall office.
