The project consists of three mobility - two -phase training course in youth exchanges , which are organized between phases . The project aims to strengthen the process of learning in informal education by developing competencies worker's youth motivation of the young potential leaders.Do you think the project involves organizations from Estonia , Slovakia, Poland and Czech Republic .
