According to Carneiro (2001) "Education remains the most powerful instrument to invent the future and renew the basis of collective hope."The methodology used in our activities will be the non-formal education that has building citizenship as the main objective. It is intended to expand the range of experiences and formative experiences of young people. To Gohn (2006), the Non-formal education is that you learn "in the world of life", through the sharing of experiences, processes, especially in and daily collective actions. This project aims to make a significant impact on the different groups involved, both in volunteers and in partner organizations such as the local organizations such as the target groups and the community. It is expected that participants achieve the goals initially set, which are learning, teaching, management, marketing, advertising, organizational, cultural skills. These new capacities will be recognized and important for professional development and better preparation for the labor market. This is a lifetime experience for participants that is different from the reality of their countries, for example, in Amadora participants will have contact with the Portuguese community, African, Gypsy, and these communities have very special features. To the level of partner organizations, the impact will be significant, they will have the opportunity to gain more organizational experience and also to learn from what is done during the project in Amadora. Local organizations that will be involved might get an international dimension, promoting interculturalism in their realities. The target groups will gain much in terms of social integration with this project, in particular, contact with volunteers. It is intended to promote and publicize the Erasmus + mark so that more young people can participate in these European projects. As we say in AJEM: "From youngsters for youngsters." and "The best in Amadora are the people."
