The Youth Exchange "More greenery - More health" will connect 36 young people coming from Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, Slovenia and Lithuania. For all of the participants coming from different European cultures the YE will be great opportunity to encourage the development of “green skills” and healthy behaviors among young people. The exchange will begin on 15th of April in mountain lodge “Kopanki”, which is located in the national park “Pelister” and will last 10 days. During the exchange, the participants will gain new skills as a result of different kind of workshops with themes dedicated to global warming, climate change, suggestions and creative recycling ideas and energy savings. For quality realization of the objectives of this exchange, we will use various methods, such as: learning by doing,ice-breaking, role playing games, group discussion, energizing, team building, simulations. The most effective way to reach the aims that we stand for – to raise the awareness in protecting the natural environment and healthy lifestyle, we’ll make quality set of actions: making creative flyers for energy savings, comics with topicality of spreading the recycling idea, making boxes for animal feeding, wooden houses for births, joint actions with the local community through volunteers work to point to the need and the opportunity for self organizing. We will also organise hiking in the national park, as a contribution in promoting healthy lifestyles.We believe that this Exchange will be the stone that will ricochet across the water and make a lot of more waves.Objectives:- To raise the awareness for the nature as a life and as a resource- Be able to suggest collective and individual solutions to protect the environment- Encourage cultural diversity and inclusion young people with fewer opportunities- Promoting healthy behaviors through the promotion of the practice of outdooractivities
