“Col•legi Badalonès” has been in constant change during 120 years of education. We truly believe in the effort and the cooperation between individuals, thus we have an International Project inside our educational plan that we would like to consolidate. We are aware of the importance of helping the planet and helping with the social problems. That is the reason why we have an own solidary project called LLAP (“Lucha adolescente por la paz”) in which the students and the school staff are involved. In order to keep working and improving that purpose we apply for the program Erasmus + KA101. With that program we would be able to increase the CLIL methodology inside the classrooms, the projects through e-twinning platform, improve linguistic competence of our teachers and we would have the opportunity of learning from well-designed, environmental and social practices of different educational centers. We request the participation in this program in order to have a real impact in our educational project. There are two different profiles of participants. On the one hand, staff that is already using CLIL methodology or the e-twinning platform, staff involve in the project LLAP or in the environmental committee. On the other hand, staff who are willing to strengthen their linguistic competence.The proposed activities for the participants in their international experience will be job shadowing, training courses about environmental subjects, language courses to improve the level of English and German language.As a result, we hope to strengthen our educational project in values as we could improve our solidary and environmental project. Moreover, as we have mentioned previously, we could improve the educational competences of our teaching staff in order to offer a consolidated International Project. The impact is based on encouraging the whole educational community of the importance of exchanging qualified practices with other educational centers and the importance of improving the linguistic competences of a globalized world.One long-term objective is to increase the number of subjects entirely taught in English that until the present represent about a 10%and increase more lenguages.We would like to be a educational referent in our town for our educational project.
