Rechercher des projets européens

Montgolfier, l'envol Européen
Date du début: 1 juin 2015, Date de fin: 31 mai 2017 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Through this project, our school would like to create opportunities for developing cultural and professional awareness lacking our students due to their social background (70% disadvantaged socio-professional categories, 38% of grant holders and 25% of grant-holders at the maximum level). Then, we would like to raise our student’s awareness to international mobility, which today is non existant. A situation which is strengthened by the isolated geographical situation of Annonay. This mobility will enable our students to acquire autonomy, discover new professional techniques and enlarge their cultural knowledge to reach the goals which are the core of our school development plan. We would like to develop a long term network of European partnerships in order to share best practice and create a culture of international mobility for both students and teachers. We have chosen to offer this one-month exchange to students in Terminale BAC PRO GA (Management & Administration – 9 students) and BAC PRO ASSP (Health and Interpersonal Care – 6 students) for the following reasons: firstly this exchange will not negatively impact the validation of the students’ internship opportunities that is necessary for their final exams. Moreover, in an ever-evolving context, it seems to us that international mobility is the ultimate outcome of cultural openness. In addition, in order to put forward quality candidates to our host partners, we need to allow our students time to train both in terms of theory (training during school-time), and practice. Before commencing their placements, our students have significant experience in their fields. Their theoretical professional and language training (in Spanish and English), enable them to travel abroad with the necessary competencies that are required by our host partners. Our Management and Administration students are required to complete all the activities that are necessary to successfully manage the companies they are placed in (billing, filing, customer service). They can also, as far as possible, be involved in HR-related tasks (personnel management, salary payments). They will also be in direct contact with customers or service-users by providing a physical or telephone presence: they will consequently need to adapt the way they communicate to each different situation. The Health and Interpersonal care students will need to carry out all aspects of patient care and support with special regard to the needs of the target population in medico-social structures such as hospitals and retirement homes. They will need to rapidly understand and integrate the patient care and hygiene protocols that are implemented in the structures they are operating in. They will need to learn to understand and express themselves in each context, and to ensure they communicate the activities they have undertaken to safeguard the welfare of those they are caring for. Our existing network in Poland (through “Projet Tremplin”) enabled us to prepare the mobility of certain students. The students applied for internships with our potential partners. This has led them to be totally immersed in the project and feel fully involved. By being actively involved at the heart of the project, our aim was to increase their ownership and begin to help them develop their autonomy. Our exchange programs with other twinning committees or via the E-twinning platform has produced training and collaborative opportunities for our teachers who would like to improve their skills and develop other teaching methods. After each exchange, we would like the students to become spokespeople for the project by presenting it both within different establishments to future candidates that may be interested. Our institution would also like to increase its international profile and become a reference partner for European mobility.
