According to Europe 2020 Strategy/In the framework of Education 2020 is directly related with decreasing of school dropouts and improving implemented quality of education. Professional competence of school staff and administrative personals is an important factor in quality of education in school.Professional competence can be improved with modern and contemporary education methods and tecnıques applied by European countries.The main purpose of the project is to contribute the promotion of European values aimed by Europe 2020 Strategies and article No:2 Europe Union Agreement also develop basic skills and reduce school dropouts.The specific purpose of the project is to have high qualified ,more comtemporary and more modern school with better equipped and internationalizedstaff in education level, applying same methods and tecniques implemented European countries' education system. In addition the project will be an opportunity to review and streghten professional profile of teacher in our country with experiences and knowledge gained on European dimension of teaching profession. Understanding,recognition of practices ,obtaining knowledge about training methods and tecniques "Montessori Education System" applied in European countries,by class teachers, English teachers and school administrators assumed approval, monitoring and maintaining authorities and duties of implementation process Montessori Education in our school will improve the quality of education. Within the framework of the project ,seminers will develop staff language proficiency as well as developing their professional competence. Recognising Montessorie Education system, school staff will acquire new teaching methods, the use of new tools, knowledge and experience related to European dimension of profession. Also will have opportunity to establish international networks to improve understanding of European citizenship and identity, increase awareness and understanding about other cultures and countries. Starting from the experince and knowledge obtained from this project , our organısation will achieve activities better response the needs of individuals so that the capacity, attractiveness and international dimension of our organization will improve. While developing key areas for quality development of the organızation ,this project will contribute substantially Lisbon strategy and its successor Europe 2020 strategy that aims to development of national economy, working together with other countries European Union training strategies and learning from each other ,harmonization of today's information societywith each level of high qualified education. Courses and activities will be carried out under the project,participants are expected to contribute as followed; 1.In order to improve the quality of education across Europe trainig of teachers in primary school and language teaching with "Montessorie Education System" so increasing new methods and tecniques in field of education; 2.Long -term and lasting effects on participants; 3.Strengthening the competence of participants in the field of foreing language; 4.Increasing the cooperation capacity at international level ,providinga better understanding of the importance social, cultural, linguistic diversity; 5.In order to improve their understanding of European citizenship and identity, participate society actively, establish International networks , increasing the awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries; 6.Creating changes through training and modernization of our organization 7. Increasing the quality of activities in favor of students; 8.Carrying out activities that respond better to the needs of individuals in both our counrty within and outside Europe , based on experiences and knowledge gained in courses.
