For three years, the Institution Robin is part of a construction process of its international opening in a European logic. So after mobility projects for teachers and staff, which enabled the implementation of educational innovation inspired other European countries, the project "my first internship abroad" is the public, the abandoned vocational school .Through partnerships with schools in European countries, the Robin Institution intends to offer the possibility to young professional sections of a two-week immersion in foreign companies in connection with their training.After an experiment on clean background, in 2015/2016, having been entirely satisfactory, the project "my first internship abroad" is deposited over two years to allow time to install it and get it accepted by young people unused to this kind of opportunity. It covers only the health section, already more open internationally, and the only partner country sought and Norway. The partner institution already enjoying a strong background in business immersions for young foreigners is being immediately operational.Experimenting on own merits, took place on 3 young, the project application 15 mobilities over two years, as part of a progression, with 5-6 mobilities in the first year and ten the following year. Indeed, the project aims to create a dynamic of international openness to the health section.Specifically, the young participants in mobility will be greeted by a young Norwegian who will be their buddy in an institution related to health. In return, the young Norwegian may be hosted in France by the young French enabling it to also enjoy a dip in business.When dips in business, young people will have missions defined in the framework of conventions and related training, for health: guiding children and support for older people.The purpose of the device is expected the provision of a unique experience for the young of a public not always covered by these devices with the opportunity for them to benefit from more earned on their resume.In the longer term, the objective is to enhance the professional training of the Institution, who will offer as general programs, an international opening.In the longer term, too, the project is to extend the system to other professional sections of the establishment (trade) to allow more open about Europe, its wealth of cultures and differences in methodologies in professional approaches.
