Project is designated for students' practice and for development of teachers' qualification. Project participants - horse massage professional specialty teachers (4), haircut and hair fashion teachers (3) and students (5), small business services provider professional specialty teachers (3). The project proponent is the Karaliaus Mindaugo PMC, which, if be granted will be a sending organization. Foreign partners of the project (the host / intermediate organizations) are Wisamar, Germany; Intercultural Associação Amigos da Mobilidade, Portugal and X-PANEL LTD, Cyprus. Objectives of the project: 1. Contribute to modernization of vocational education and internationality. 2. To increase teacher and student mobility in Europe. 3. To improve the vocational training and labor market interconnectedness. In order to implement the objectives of the project and meet the needs of participants, teachers, according to a mobility visit program (included in the application attachment) will monitor (shadow) training, that will meet the requirements of organization. Four horse massage professional teachers will be sent to mobility visit (two week period). Each pair will monitor two different teaching methods and teaching aids application processes in different training locations. Three hairdressers professional teacher will monitor (two week period), assist colleagues during the theoretical and practical training process, and five hairdresser specialty students will practice in hairdressing salons (four weeks practice), will apply the acquired knowledge into practice. Three small business entrepreneurship education teachers will monitor lessons and participation in the learning process, to help you master the innovative teaching methods, Lego Serious Play, Business Model Canvas teaching strategies and practices in the organization of modern intelligent technologies. Pupils practice cutting service enterprises will be credited as a teaching paraktika of vocational training in cutting program. Teacher Knowledge and experience will be credited as their professional qualifications. Teachers share their new knowledge with colleagues at seminars and other dissemination means, use the information obtained to improve training programs.
