Modern labor market requires specialists with developed intellectual properties, high mobility of knowledge and established capacity for professional development. At the national level meetings held between representatives of the education and business, employers emphasize the young people in our country do not know how to promote themselves and their achievements when applying for a job. The good performance includes demonstrating skills, curriculum vitae writing, presence on social networks and appropriate statement in which applicants to identify all training and certifications that have passed, technology, which can handle and the international experience is strongly recommended. We are applying this project as school preparing young people in the field of IT technology to enable our students to gain professional experience state of the art, high quality standards, combined with the skills for career performance by gaining experience abroad. This project aims to implement the following specific objectives: - Improvement of professional qualification of the students - Development of communication skills in foreign language environment - Acquisition of a new social experience and personal skills The project will be implemented in close cooperation with partners ADC College, which is an organization for professional development and language training, located in North London. The project will involve 20 boys and girls over the age of 16 who are trained in the school of professional sphere "Electronics, automation, communication and computer equipment" and will hold a three-week practice in the UK. Students who wish to participate in the project will demonstrate their interest and commitment to participate through motivation letter before a commission of teachers. They will participate in the project after the announced selection criteria related to the learning outcomes and the level of their preparation. . School will organize preliminary preparation of students to successfully adapt to the new environment. It will include: training in English terminology - 90 hours, preliminary acquaintance with the possibilities of creating an e-portfolio using open source software -30 hours and 30 hours additional training to stay in the host country. Preliminary training will be conducted by external organizations with experience in the field with which the school will contract. The school will purchase in advance tickets for the trip and will ensure students and their parents detailed background information for the entire journey. Mobility will be held in a well-equipped computer lab partner ADC College, which offered an appropriate program to enhance the professional competence of students. Project partners will organize the overall stay - accommodation, meals, local transportation, cultural programs and technical equipment. Will provide specialists with experience that will support the successful achievement of project objectives by requiring the students specific tasks and monitor their progress during the practice. At the end of practice, the applicant and project partners will issue a certificate Europas mobility of people, which will allow them to demonstrate clearly and easily their skills to employers across Europe. ADC College will issue a specific certificate, and School of IET "Lomonosov" certificate for completed vocational training acquired competencies of students to create Web products and working with specific software. Licensed organization that will conduct training in English terminology will issue a certificate for the training. The resulting documents will be very useful for students, and we expect it will be just the first step in their career development. Participation in an international experience will allow students to developed and grow professionally, to strengthen their interest in a successful career and to recognize themselves as citizens of the European Union. Stay in a real language environment and communicating with English speaking in the field of computer technology will increase their confidence to present and discuss professional issues in international online networks. Changing the environment will create positive emotions and additional motivation for lifelong learning. Implementation of project activities will enhance the level of cooperation between the school and the partner ADC College, will share ideas and best practices and create lasting partnerships. In the long term will increase the capacity of the school, as well as the confidence of the local companies in the preparation of the students.
