The project "Modernization of Master Program NETWORKS & COMMUNICATIONS" is designed by 7 Consortium member universities from Germany, Spain, France and Russia and targeted at RU partner universities. The project aims at reformation of the Master program NETWORKS &COMMUNICATIONS (MPNC) that was legalized in 2000 by the RU government in line with Bologna process and the Treaty of Lisbon. In the course of the project academic and technical staff will be trained in Bologna process and ECTS requirements, IT and English languageskills; 15 courses of MPNC will be adapted and modernized and 3 new courses will be developed; MPNC will be equipped with teaching materials, including e-versions and hard copies; new laboratory facilities will be installed. Quality of MPNC will be assured by internal EU expert assessment and approbation of MPNC in 2 partner universities.The project outcomes and activities will be disseminated by means of information platform, training courses for external universities, coperation aggreements with industrial partners of partner universities. Implementation of MPNC in all partner universities, accreditation of MPNC, development of Double and Joint master degree prorgams as well as dissemination will ensure the project's sustainability. The project "Modernization of Master Program NETWORKS & COMMUNICATIONS" has a clear management system and will be monitored by a steering committee.
